Synopsis

Interleaves even-indexed elements of two source vector register groups into the destination. All operands have EMUL=LMUL. For destination index i, even indices read vs2[i] and odd indices read vs1[i-1], producing [vs2[0], vs1[0], vs2[2], vs1[2], …]. Standard vector masking, prestart, inactive, and tail handling applies. The destination may not overlap either source group.
